Leaving Us? Please follow these withdrawal procedures

Weyanoke Elementary School Student Withdrawal Procedures 

Enrolling Parent

  • Contact our school Student Information Assistant, Alyssa Nair, at aknair@fcps.edu to initiate your student’s withdrawal as soon as possible.
  • Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Student/Parent

  • Return school property (laptop, MiFi, instruments, books, etc.).

Forms

  • Student Withdrawal Form (available online or in the Weyanoke Elementary School main office).
    • Please submit this form to Alyssa Nair, our Student Information Assistant, at aknair@fcps.edu. 

Student Records

  • A records request from the new school needs to be submitted to Weyanoke Elementary School.
